Kodak Professional T-MAX 400
Kodak Professional T-MAX 400 is a fast black and white film designed to give you plenty of speed without giving up fine grain or detail.
Rated at ISO 400, it's a versatile choice for medium format photography, with enough speed for handheld shooting, changing light and available-light situations. Kodak's T-GRAIN emulsion keeps grain particularly fine for a 400-speed film, with high sharpness and plenty of detail from the larger 120 negative.
It's a great fit for portraits, street photography, landscapes, documentary work and everyday shooting when you want a cleaner, more refined black and white look while still having the flexibility of ISO 400.
For photographers who like the detail of a slower film but need a little more speed, T-MAX 400 sits in a very useful middle ground.
This listing is for one individual roll of Kodak Professional T-MAX 400 in 120 format.

What to expect
Expect fine grain, very high sharpness and a clean, detailed black and white look.
T-MAX 400 uses Kodak's T-GRAIN emulsion technology, designed to deliver finer grain and greater resolving power than you'd normally associate with an ISO 400 film. Kodak currently describes it as its sharpest and finest-grained 400-speed black and white film.
The ISO 400 speed gives you considerably more flexibility than T-MAX 100 when shooting handheld or working in changing light, while still prioritising detail and enlargement quality.
It can also be pushed when you need more speed. Kodak's film literature specifically notes pushability up to EI 1600.
Developing
Standard black and white processing.
T-MAX 400 can be processed in a range of standard black and white developers, including Kodak T-MAX Developer, XTOL and HC-110. Development times should be adjusted when exposing the film above its normal ISO 400 rating.
