Kodak ProImage 100, Individual Roll

Kodak ProImage 100 is a beautifully straightforward colour film for photographers who want classic Kodak colour without overthinking it.

At ISO 100, it's happiest when there's plenty of light around. Give it a sunny day and you'll get natural colour, smooth skin tones, fine grain and plenty of detail, making it a great roll to load for portraits, travel, street photography or an afternoon wandering around with your camera.

There's a nice balance to ProImage. Colours have enough life to them without feeling overly saturated, while skin tones stay warm and natural. The slower speed also keeps the grain fine, giving your photographs a clean look while still feeling unmistakably like film.

It's an easy one to recommend if you're after a dependable daylight colour stock, particularly if you like the Kodak look but don't necessarily need to jump straight to Portra.

This listing is for one 36-exposure roll of Kodak ProImage 100 35mm film.

Best for

Sunny days, portraits, travel, street photography, holidays, landscapes and everyday shooting in good light.

What to expect

Expect natural colour, warm skin tones, fine grain and good detail.

ISO 100 means ProImage likes light, so it's particularly at home outdoors during the day. In those conditions, it gives you clean, colourful negatives without making everything feel overly polished or saturated.

It's approachable enough for someone getting into film while still delivering the consistency more experienced shooters look for in an everyday colour stock.

Developing

Process: C-41

Kodak ProImage 100 uses standard C-41 colour negative processing, so it can be developed by most labs processing 35mm colour film.
